Fight Brews Over Mining Waste That Flows To Boise
A Canadian-based gold mining company has told the U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that at the end of May it will stop treating arsenic-laced water escaping from an old mine that flows into the Boise River and then to Boise.
