An Oregon man convicted of second-degree murder for stabbing another homeless man in a Boise park last April has been sentenced to at least 20 years in prison The Idaho Statesman reports 52-year-old John L. Walters of Medford, Ore., was sentenced Monday to 20 years to life in prison for the April 15 death of 49-year-old Robert Phillips.
